Last blogged @ 21:34  ❤ mama say i am sick so nid to rest in the middle when i study so i am here to do revision what i had study today haha u can just skip this post the abdomen what is important is inguinal canal and rectus sheath inguinal canal oblique passage parallel and above inguinal ligament 1.5 inch long in adult start from deep inguinal ring,move downward and medially to superficial inguinal ring in children,deep inguinal ring usually posterior to superficial inguinal ring the growth will move the deep.i.r to laterall inguinal canal in female is smaller in male,it permit structure pass thro the canal and form testis in female, it permit the round ligament of uterus to pass thro from uterus to labium majus 2 opening of inguinal canal the deep inguinal ring a hole of fascia transversalis above inguinal ligament midway of ASIS and symphysis pubis medial to inferior epigastric vessels margin of ring attach to internal spermatic fascia or internal covering of round ligament of uterus the superficial inguinal ring form from apo of external oblique muscle triangle in shape medial and above pubic tubercle margin/crura attach to external spermatic fascia or external covering of round ligament of uterus wall (very important) anterior wall- external oblique muscle,reinforce by origin of internal oblique muscle,strongest where it lies opposite to deep.i.r posterior wall-fascia transversalis,reinforce by conjoint tendon,strongest where it lies opp to s.i.r roof-arching lowest fibre of internal oblique muscle and transverse abdominis floor-inguinal ligament, lacunar ligament at medial content male.structure of spermatic cord tht pass thro to form testis female.round ligament of uterus that pass thro from uterus to labium majus ilioinguinal nerve (L1) c/s-inguinal hernia(direct&indirect) rectus sheath how it form above costal margin ant wall-apo of external oblique muscle post wall-thoracic wall of 5,6,7 costal cartilage and intercostal space bet ASIS and costal margin ant wall-apo of e.o.m,ant lamina of i.o.m post wall-post lamina of i.o.m,transversalis abdominis transverse apo pass behind i.o.m split to enclose rectus muscle inferior border of posterior wall-arcuate line in this point,inferior epigastric arterty enter r.s and run upward to anastomoses with s.e.a bet ASIS and pubis ant wall-3 lateral muscle post wall-free rectus muscle come contact with fascia transversalis r.s seperate by linea alba in to right left anterior wall of r.s attach to rectus muscle by tendinous intersection content anterior rami of lower 6 thoracic nerve and artery s & i epigastric artery pyramidalis muscle lymph vessel k gonna go for my dinner+supper and continue study pray for me =( |
